Torfeh Ehlasi, a puppet artist, worked with the studio Invisible Friends on the animated film Wings of Love, commissioned by the charitable organization SOS Children’s Villages. The film was created using stop-motion puppet animation, which required the production of both puppets and sets.
In one of the scenes, a boy assembles a pair of wings resembling stained glass. The colored inserts for these wings were made from recycled plastic bags. Torfeh was able to develop a suitable material for this purpose in the Plastic Bakery workshop.
It is a very small detail, but an important one, both for the narrative of the film and for us. See
